The short version
We intend to earn money when readers buy products through some of our links (affiliate commissions). Today, we earn nothing — the product links on this site are plain placeholders. This page will be updated the moment that changes.

“Placeholder” means: the link goes to a manufacturer or retailer homepage (via our /go/ redirect map) and no commission is tracked or paid to us. We will never present a placeholder as an affiliate link.
How /go/ links work
Product links on this site use short redirects like /go/reolink/. Today every one of them points at a plain homepage and is marked in our redirect file with # TODO: replace with real affiliate link once program approved. When we join a program, the destination becomes the real affiliate link, this page gets updated, and the affected pages get a notice.
Our commitments
- Recommendations come first. We decide what to recommend from research; affiliate availability never changes a recommendation. If the best product for a job has no affiliate program, we still recommend it — via a plain link.
- No fake relationships. We never claim to be in a program we aren’t in, and we never imply a link earns us money when it doesn’t.
- This page stays current. Program statuses, rates, and enrollment dates will be updated here as they change.
- Click tracking. We log clicks on
/go/links for our own analytics (via a placeholder GA4 setup) — counts, not identities. No personal data is collected.
